- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪after spending upwards of 500 pounds they refuse to give medicine to my dog for arthritus because they need to give a blood test and will not wait for 1 week for payment. I am not a new customer and have 2 dogs, so am a regular customer who always pays bills. they also gave an injection which I did not request, when my dog was receiving treatment for diabetes and then they charged 28 pounds. Having spoken to other dog owner I descovered I can get prescriptions for the medicationfor less than half the cost, other charces seem to be half the price too. they seem to care more about money than animals.by A Google UserAugust 05, 2017
